.:2009 Recap:.

Wow I cannot believe that it is
2010
already!!

So here's my anual recap!

January

Nothing too big happened this month.
Mostly just went to church and hung out with my awesome friends.

...............

February

Met my best friend Dustin!

Dustin taught me so much about who I am, and what I really want out of life.
He taught me to be honest about what I want.
To not be afraid to say it like it is, and to express myself.
He has been such a huge blessing in my life, and I will forever be grateful for him!

...............

March

I struggled with learning to love someone for the first time since Loral.
The hardest part was knowing what I felt for someone was the most real thing I have felt in a really really long time, and knowing that he didn't feel the same way about me.
...............

April

I turned the big 22.
I went to P.F. Changs again!
My favorite.
And it's been a 3 year tradition to go on my B-Day.

Went to WICKED with the Lybberts!!
It was amazing!

I Moved to Orem!
Woot woot.
Roomed with my best bud and favorite cousin Bridgette.
(I call her my Fruzin)

..............

May

Loved living in an apartment on my own.
I thrive in my own space.
Had so much fun with "Dridgette" staying up until the wee hours of the morning busting a gut after singing Saturday's Warrior at the top of our lungs.
Classic!

Struggled a lot with my new ward. I didn't have any friends in my new ward or in Orem.
If you know me, you know that I need to be surrounded by my friends.
I stopped caring so much about the church. I was selfish and just wanted to do whatever I wanted. Oh boy was I humbled... LOL

...............

June

This month was the start of a very long journey through Hell and back.
First I broke my foot.
[Big suprise there huh?]
Then I got pulled over and got a ticket for my registration being expired.
(oops)
I lost my cell phone at a rodeo.
And the very next day I got sick.
Like hit in the face by a Mac Truck, sick.
................

July

Spent the whole first week of July sick.
Couldn't even get out of bed.

Spent a week in a luxurious spa.... Oh wait... that wasn't a spa. It was the hospital. (I really must have been on drugs. LOL)
Almost died a couple of times, that was uimmm... fun? NOT!

***
But I learned
more about myself
than I have ever learned
through any other experience.
***
I learned so much about the Atonement and about the power of the priesthood. I will cherish those experiences for the rest of my life.

..............

August
Moved in with my sister in Eagle Mt
Or Egypt as my friends so affectionately call it.

Re-Joined the greatest ward ever!!
SS8th ward!!

I spent the rest of August catching up on all the summer fun that I had missed out on.

Swimming
Camping
Dating
Hiking
Country Dancing
Slurpees

.............

September
More Dancing
Playing
Hanging out
Having fun
New crushes

oh and don't forget the stack of medical bills that started to pile up.
............

October
Recieved the greatest miracle.
having my medical bills go from $15,000(+) to about $700 total!
Halloween parties galore!
I had so much fun dressing up this year!
............

November
Thanksgiving with my Dad's side of the family was fun!
I decided that I don't see the cousins enough. I love them all so much! Good times!!
Food, food and more food!
Family
Fun
& yet again, more dating.
;]

................

December
Party like a rock star!
LOL
My average bed time this month was 2AM
So much fun and well worth it though
Game nights
staying up late making new friends and new memories

and you guessed it!
MORE DATING! :]

Christmas with my Mom!
It's always nice to see her!

New Years Bash with new friends and the people that I love to death! :]

............

Needless to say, 2009 was an awesome year for:

growth. friendship. dating. patience. fun. overcoming trials. Forgiving. Forgetting. Loving. Laughing. Dancing. Smiling til my cheeks hurt.

That IS quite the year! I went from barely attending church in January and not being able to get through the book, "The Peacegiver", to finding a guy that kept me up into the wee hours of the night and then got married.... And, then, this just past Christmas, Bill & I got the same book from my grandparents! Go figure!
