Down 10

I have been working my butt off since I got home to lose the weight I gained on my mission. I am so happy to say that I have lost 10 lbs!! It's taken so much hard work and watching everything that I eat but I feel a lot better. And that's what really counts right?

I'd like to thank the following pins I found on pinterest for the motivation to keep going!






and I also want to give a shout out to this wonderful website for helping me keep track of what I am eating and of how many calories I am burning!
